2018 UK Spring Wire Retreat with Nicole Hanna and Oksana Trukhan

2018's Spring Retreat looked more like a winter retreat as we had the last of the snow fall on that weekend in March.  The dramatic white back drop meant that all the students hunkered down and got on with a very productive 5 day wire working.  With Nicole Hanna teaching a spectacular hammered bracelet with a woven cabochon design and Oksana Trukhan teaching her distinctive copper wing and wire sculpture designs there was a lot to learn and pack into 5 days.  The students really enjoyed the work this year producing some amazing pieces, there was lots of laughter and triumphs although no one is allowed to mention bunnies!
